Roberts Creek Local Attractions
All of which are within a ten minute walk of Rose Lane Bed and Breakfast.
- Roberts Creek Beach is a beautiful log-strewn, yet sandy, expanse that is a beachcomber's delight. At low tides, a huge sandbar and numerous tidal pools are exposed. On a hot summer day, it is the best of places for a swim.
- The Pier Walk, beside the beach and at the mouth of Roberts Creek, is a favourite sunset destination. This is where the Union Steamship once docked and Harry Roberts, the village's namesake, first homesteaded with his family.
- Cliff Gilker Park runs along picturesque Roberts Creek amidst a lush rainforest. Well-marked trails loop through the park crossing the creek several times providing vistas of energetic waterfalls and alluring deep ponds.
- Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club offers a year round, eighteen-hole, challenging, yet friendly course. You will enjoy lush fairways, impeccable greens,and ocean and mountain views.

- Gumboot Garden Café is a funky eatery with plenty of atmosphere, favoured by locals, specializing in healthy menu items for breakfast and lunch.
- Gumboot Restaurant is full-service right next door to the café. Provides tasty food in a friendly environment and is great for families. The menu has many dishes featuring greens from their own greenhouses in the field behind the restaurant.
- Yoga by the Sea has a variety of programs and schedules drop in classes regularly in a large, airy, open studio above the woodworking school.
- Local Royal Canadian Legion serves a great, affordable burger we are told.
- Sunshine Coast Golf Club serves a fine meals for both lunch and dinner with a great view.
- Roberts Creek General Store and Liquor Outlet stocks groceries, rental videos, local products, and more. Cold beer and wine are available.
- The Health Food Store features a wide variety of whole and organic foods, and natural, medicinal products.
- Alpha Adventures summer outlet where guided kayak tours and rentals are available.
- Elements Gift Shop is a showplace for over fifty local artists.You will be hard-pressed to avoid purchasing a memento.
- Sweet Peas Store for Kids displays a cute selection of clothes and gifts for children created from many locally made designs.
- Inside Passage School of Fine Woodworking is a workshop and gallery open to the public, where student work in progress and a permanent collection of artisans' pieces can be viewed.
- Melomania Music shop is in a unique heritage cottage selling instruments, sheet music and more. You can spot many of our local musicians there.
- Honeysuckle Hair Salon uses gentle non chemical products. Saturday appointments are often available.
- The Library is housed in a quaint, cottage-like building constructed for the 1967 Canadian Centennial.
- The Roberts Creek Post office is the newest building in the heart of the Creek. You will want to mail a letter to yourself just to get the funky postal stamp.
- Elfinstone Gems is an extraordinary shop upstairs in the old Gumboot building. Crystal and quartz is displayed in locally crafted whimsical shelving.
