Rose Lane Bed and Breakfast offers comfort and luxury in a quiet setting. From the fragrance of the roses draping our entrance to the wooded corners decorated by Mother Nature, our property is a garden-lover's delight. Take time to relax in the comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy a snack of fresh berries picked from the bushes below your balcony, or, sip a glass of wine under the honeysuckle-covered trellis on your private patio.
In winter it's time to curl up with a good book in the reading nook, by the gas fireplace, luxuriate in a bubble bath in the soaker tub, then slumber for hours in the king-size bed. We'll bring you a fabulous breakfast!

We have created a menu of four breakfast selections. 'The Full English', 'The Canadian', 'The Parisian', and 'The Sunshine Coast' prepared with wholesome home cooked ingredients and delivered to your door at the time of your choosing. Our bread and croissants are baked fresh everyday, the eggs are local and many of the berries we serve come right out of the garden.
So, stay in your pyjamas if you like, and enjoy a quiet breakfast at your leisure on your private patio or in the cozy, bay window seat.
At anytime, please enjoy the complimentary tea, coffee, cocoa and other items we stock for your convenience.

Rates

High Season $140.00 / night - double occupancy
                (May 15- October 15)
Low season $ 120.00 / night - double occupancy
                (October 16-May 14)
Additional adults at $20.00  per night.  Kids under 12 stay free.

Policies

Kids  - Yes. The suite has a hide-a-bed and a full-size, window-seat.
Pets* - Yes. We have two friendly dogs, Joey and Daisy.
        *Please note that your dog MUST sleep in a pet carrier,
         not on the furniture
Smoking - No.
Reservations - A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
               The balance is due on arrival.
Cancellations - Deposits are fully refunded with at least 14 days
                written notice prior to the date of arrival.
                No refunds are given for an early departure.
Payment - You can pay by cash, traveller's cheque or personal cheque.
